I've Broken In! or (How 'Bout Them Hacks)

Hey, you nuts and other poets... guess what I did?

I snuck into the new software Ron doesn't have up

yet! LOL! Hope Nurse Cratchet doesn't catch me!

Worse yet, what are the penalties for Passionate

break-ins? hehehe... well, just thought I'd step

forward and admit it before I got my hands caught

in the cookie jar lid, if y'know what I mean! Hey,

Ron! Nice goin', little buddy! Can't wait 'til we

can ALL be let in through the front door. *mumble,

grumble... usually tryin' to break out... this Thyme

I break in? What's with me, anyway*

 

I've Broken In! or How 'Bout Them Hacks! (ROFL)

 

I've broken into this here place!

I'm Justin Thyme, so Justin Kace

you didn't know that I'd break in,

I'm here to tell you with a grin!

I've broken in! Oh yes I did!

'Cause you cannot allude this kid!

I snuck in through the locked back door!

How did I do it?, you implore?

 

Well, that, dear friends, I can't admit.

But I am here! Be sure of it!

This breaking in thing is my crime,

that's why they call me Justin Thyme.

When I was seventeen and cool,

I broke into my locked High School

and piled the chairs up to the door

so students could get in no more.

 

I figured summer would come quick

if doors were locked with my cute trick.

But soon they found me in the gym

just sipping whiskey! Things looked grim.

They took away my cap and gown

and told me I must leave that town.

They charged me with a break-in crime,

but I hired lawyers Justin Thyme.

 

The lawyer, Snide, he was dad's boss

and he worked hard for me (at cost).

He told the judge I was just nuts!

On oath I claimed, "I'm Seymour Butz.

Beneath the bleacher's where I stay!"

(That's what I told them, on that day).

And they believed, without refute,

and locked me in an institute!

 

For twenty years I'm in this joint!

And so you ask, what is my point?

Well, it's just this, my poet friends

the state won't let me make amends!

And so I have to find some glee

'cause I won't ever find the key

to let me out this 'stute I'm in...

 

so fun today is BREAKING IN!
